Holistique Updates in the New Year

Welcome to the New Year and our new staff members!

Happy New Year everyone! Join me in welcoming the new members of our incredible staff. Some of you may have already become acquainted with them, but I want to take this opportunity to introduce them formally.

Dr. Rayachoti is a first year Naturopathic Resident, who enjoys practicing cranio-sacral therapy, including Naturopathic manipulations and other hands-on modalities, women’s health, and nutritional counseling. A native of Wyoming, she enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, especially on the ski slopes, riding her horse to work, and wearing cowgirl boots.

Dr. Thorne enjoys working with patients from all walks of life, as well as low-velocity Naturopathic manipulations. Dr. Throne hails from Alaska, enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter.

Both doctors are credentialed with various insurance plans, so call the front desk to schedule your appointments today!

Jennifer is our massage therapy and Reiki guru. Her hands are seriously healing! She is a cash based provider, but our front desk can provide a super bill to submit to your insurance.

We welcome Kelly as the IV nurse! Kelly comes to us with a great amount of experience with IV therapy. She enjoys reading, writing, studying psychology and she has an identical twin who is also a nurse!

Jeffrey is our new Rolfer. Having recently moved back to the USA after years away in Bali, Jeffrey new to the Pacific Northwest. Jeffrey is also a cash based provider, and the front desk is happy to supply a super bill for treatments to submit to your insurance.

From Monkey to Rooster: A moment of transition

At the end of the month, we will enter the Year of the Rooster and leave the Year of the Monkey. The Chinese New Year begins on January 28, 2017.

The Year of the Monkey was tumultuous with plenty of hyperactivity. As we enter this New Year, we are greeted with the practicality and wit of the Rooster. The Rooster in the Chinese zodiac reminds us of the power of loyalty, hard work, and commitment in our daily lives to generate positive change in our lives: professional, personal, and spiritual.
